I have never used a puffer for assistance with breathing but I had purchased a gadget called Air Physio, which requires that I blow into a tube to activate a small ball, thus exercising my lungs. “I had laser eye surgery in 2007 and have been going bi annually to follow up appointments. Over time my eyes have regressed, meaning that I would have to repeat the surgery eventually.
